At Learnly, we provide digital educational products designed for instant access and immediate use.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

When you place an order, you gain immediate access to downloadable content. As a result, it is not possible to “return” the product.


Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate purchase)

  • You did not receive access to the product after completing your purchase

  • There is a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the files
